Next Chapter

We have spent years forgetting ourselves in the name of responsibilities. Now is the time to remember who we are. This battle is no longer for survival – it is for inner peace, for joy within.

On the first of every month, I open my old notebook. On the top of the page, I write just one word: Expenses.

The list goes like this:

Rent: ₹7,000

Internet + TV: ₹1,000

Mobile Bill: ₹600

Electricity: ₹1,000

Maid (female): ₹3,000

Fuel / Travel: ₹2,000

Total: ₹14,600

Remaining:

People say, “You must be relaxed now.”

That is my true battlefield now.

Savings  The rest is for our food, health, occasional small joys, and peaceful days.

I've realized — living well doesn’t mean spending more; it means finding peace with less.

My wife remains my strength. In her cup of morning coffee, there’s love. In her calm, there’s wisdom. And in this simplicity, we find a whole world.

“We are happy. We are safe. We are fighters.”

💫 We Are Happy. We Are Safe. We Are Fighters.

We have seen life in all its colors — joy, struggle, duty, loss, love.

Now, in the twilight of our lives, we say this with calm confidence:

> We are happy.

Not because we have everything — but because we have enough.

We smile together over simple tea, a morning walk, or a remembered memory.

Our hearts are full, though our hands may be light.

> We are safe.

Not because the world is perfect — but because we have each other.

In a world that keeps rushing, we have found our quiet corner.

In this home, there is warmth. In this bond, there is shelter.

> We are fighters.

Not the kind who shout — but the kind who endure.

We fought through worries, through uncertainty.

And we stood tall, day by day, month by month — quietly, together.

Life did not break us. It built us.

"Mind Control – 365/24/7 – Act to Take Everything Under Control":

Take everything under control, starting from within. Not the world first, but the self. Not the people, but your perception. Not the chaos, but your calm. > Thought → Focus → Discipline → Action → Mastery.

🔥 Steps to Total Control – 365/24/7 Act Plan
1. Morning Clarity → 5 mins silence / breath focus
2. Daily Discipline → Wake, Eat, Think, Move – with intention
3. Emotional Mastery → Respond, not react
4. Night Reflection →
5 mins journal: What did I control today? --- 🛑 REMEMBER Control does not mean domination – It means awareness, response, presence.

🔥 Steps to Total Control

  • Morning Clarity – 5 mins silence / breath focus
  • Daily Discipline – Live intentionally
  • Emotional Mastery – Respond, not react
  • Night Reflection – Write: What did I control today?
Control = Awareness + Presence, not Domination.

 explanation of key Buddhist life-guiding principles (జీవిత మార్గదర్శకాలు) including Anatta (అనాత్మ), Anicca (అనిత్య), and Pratītyasamutpāda (పటిచ్చ సముత్పాద / ప్రతిత్య సముత్పాదం):
Buddhist Life-Guiding Principles
(Anatta) – Not-Self
There is no permanent or unchanging "self." All beings and phenomena arise due to conditions and have no intrinsic identity. The sense of "I" or "mine" is a mental construct based on ignorance.
(Anicca) – Impermanence
Everything in existence is impermanent. All forms, sensations, and experiences are constantly changing. Holding onto them leads to suffering.
(Pratītyasamutpāda) – Dependent Origination
Nothing exists independently. Everything arises in dependence upon multiple causes and conditions. This is called "Dependent Origination" or "Cause and Effect." It's central to Buddhist philosophy and breaks the illusion of separateness.
Conclusion
The Buddha's teachings are pathways to peace, freeing the mind from illusions and leading to liberation through wisdom and awareness.
(Three Jewels of Buddhism)
(Triratnas / Three Jewels):
I take refuge in the Buddha
I take refuge in the Dhamma (Teachings)
I take refuge in the Sangha (Community of Monks)
